Where will my hybrid be picked up?
Most hybrid haul companies offer door-to-door service, which means they will come to your house and put the hybrid on the truck in front of you. However, with major cities comes tiny roads, and trucks can’t drive on those small roads. The hybrid haul trucks can be as long as 75 ft long, which makes it virtually impossible to squeeze on a small, two-lane road. If the truck can’t get to your house, generally they will contact you and let you know that you need to meet them in a parking lot or some other place that the truck can fit in. Also, because of the nature of the United States, many cities prohibit giant trucks from going down minor roads. This is why you never see large 18-wheelers driving past your house. This is generally why you may need to meet the truck in a parking lot or someplace else that the truck can fit in. If they come to your house and there are laws preventing him from doing so, he could get a major fine--then your hybrid will never move! So let the company that you haul your hybrid with if your streets are narrow and the truck can’t get in...they’ll appreciate that.

Hybrid Carrier QuoteAn hybrid carrier quote is a quote that a customer receives from an hybrid carrier or an hybrid carrier company. These are actually fairly rare in the hybrid haul industry as most quotes are given by hybrid haul brokers and not carriers. Carriers will give their hauling prices to the haul broker, or ask for more money if it is a difficult or long route, but most customers don’t normally talk about money with hybrid carriers. There are rare instances where hybrid carriers give their own quotes to customers; this often happens when a customer comes across an hybrid carrier company on the internet. Many times, hybrid carrier quotes are higher than one for the same route from an hybrid haul haul brokerage, mainly because the truck driver is interested in getting as much money as he can; this is why hybrid haul brokerages are used much more frequently, because it keeps the prices low.

Japanese Auto Makers Worried About State of US Auto Industry
in a surprisingly candid statement, toyota motor corporation spokesman hideaki homma said that, should the us auto industry collapse, that would spell disaster for them as well. “the conditions for the us auto market are extremely tough right now, and any additional negative is sure to make things worse.” one of the biggest reasons for the worry, sources say, is that japanese and american auto makers share many of the same parts suppliers, and should the american auto industry collapse, the parts suppliers would fail as well, which would in turn cause a chain reaction that could wreak havoc in america, a sector that is vital to the japanese auto industry as well as the united states’. read article...

Wait, you left the lock open or the door open? So, the door was wide open? I don’t have insurance because I spent my money on the Clapco D29. It's the most impenetrable lock on the market today. It has only one design flaw: the door...must be CLOSED!
